HDR photos are taken with a mobile camera with a special wide angle lens.  Photos are selected and processed in Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop.  Images are both made available on our platform in a gallery much like this and also provided as a ZIP file for download and uploading to Social Media platforms.  HDR Photos are recommended for faster shoots (small-medium sized properties).

Twilight photos are a great way to showcase how the property looks at sundown.  Our photos are edited in post to extract as much detail from the image.

video walkthroughs are a popular and intuitive way for prospective buyers to tour a property on any compatible device.  Whether it's a leading edge provessional grade video camera like the BlackMagic Pocket CInema Camera or a high end mobile device.  We always mount our cameras on gimbals to offer the smoothest experience.

360 Photos are equirectangular images acquired with a 360 camera.  Users can interact with the photos on a desktop computer by clicking and dragging on each image with their mouse.  These images are also compatible with mobile devices by swiping and pinching to zoom.  Photos are indivirually edited with Photoshop to remove the 360 camera and tripod.
